Matt Banks is a Captain/Paramedic for the City of Anaheim. He is married to Shannon and has two sons and one daughter. They have attended PCC since March 1994 and have been involved in Life Groups, jail ministry and MOPS leadership. Matt became an Elder in 2005 and currently leads our Discipleship/Foundation Study.
Passion for Ministry: I have a passion to see God's children grow and mature in their walk with Jesus.

Joe Boswell has been married to his wife, Eileen, since 1966 and has three grown
daughters and five grandchildren. He heads the Boswell Insurance Agency in
Laguna Hills. Joe has been in leadership at PCC since 1976 serving in
various ministries. During that time he has served on and off the Elder
Board.
Passion for Ministry: Working with other men sharing biblical truths.

Mark Collins was born in Kingston, New York and moved to Southern California in
1984. He has been actively serving in various ministries at PCC since 1996.
Mark is married to Sylvia and has two daughers, Jessica and Janae. He
joined our Elder Board in 2005.
Passion for Ministry: Serving others, teaching God's Word and mentoring
young adults.
Favorite Bible Verse: "For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart." - Hebrews 4:12 |

Tony Elias-Calles was born in Guatanamo, Cuba and came to this country in 1965. He and his wife Sharron have three children, Shane, Matthew and Alyson. Tony has attended PCC since 1995 and has served in different areas of ministry such as Men’s Bible Study, Children’s Ministry and Men’s Outreach. Tony owns a construction company in San Clemente.
Passion for Ministry: Helping men develop a clear understanding of what God calls us to do as men and how we are to go about doing it. Tony also has a passion for missions in Cuba.

Dick Herr is a retired school principal. He has been married to Marilyn since 1959 and has four grown children and 11 grandchildren. Dick graduated from Whittier College and Cal State L.A. He serves as a small group leader for Men’s Bible Study and mentors a L.I.F.E. Group for young couples.
Passion for Ministry: One-on-one discipleship, leading bible studies for men and prayer.

Ron Randle is a Regional Sales Manager for a medical device company. He and his
wife, Liessa, married in 1978 and have three children, Michael, Rachel and
David. Ron has attended PCC for over 8 years and assists our Pastors in
PCC's counseling ministry. Ron joined the Elder Board in 2005.
Passion for Ministry:To see people grow in Christ and have the joy of
knowing what and how real life should be lived as one born of God.
